I’m a husband, father and Realtor, but recently I gained a new title — author.
Not everyone can say that they’ve written a book, but now I can and it’s about something I absolutely love: The Raleigh real-estate market.
Of course, I didn’t do it alone. Everyone at Hunter Rowe had a hand in writing the 2014-2015 Raleigh Real Estate Guide.
We celebrated with a launch party earlier this month at our Raleigh office to celebrate the release of the book and we completely blew the top off the thing. We had more than 300 people in attendance. There were actually people lined up outside the door.
It was a great evening. I got to mingle with my clients, network and hand out our book – which we nearly ran out of because of the demand!
If you’re not familiar with the Raleigh Real Estate Guide, let me break it down for you. It’s a BIG book!
The first part is about all the accolades Raleigh has received recently like Best Place to Live, Work, Raise a Family, etc.
The next few chapters of the book highlight all of the wonderful cities surrounding Raleigh and why each should be considered – perfect for anyone moving to the Triangle.
It also has our top tips for home buyers and sellers.
New this year, we interviewed almost 100 local business, political and religious leaders to hear their story about where they moved here from, why they chose to live in the Triangle and what kind of advice they’d give others.
Finally, the book ends with a visitor’s guide section with tips on what to do, where to shop, eat and more. It’s not only great for new people, but even us old Raleigh folks, who can use it to find new spots.
The book is available on Amazon and many local bookstores. But the best way to get it is to contact me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or 919-605-0013.
