Elizabeth Dunn

Originally born in Mexico City and moving to New Jersey at the age of 7 with her adoptive family, Elizabeth is very grateful to have been given such and amazing opportunity to explore her fullest potential and now it’s her passion to pay it forward and help others achieve their goals.  She graduated from James Madison University in VA with a double major in Dietetics and Spanish while having the opportunity to study abroad and travel through Spain, Portugal, and the Canary Islands. Her love of travel carried into adulthood as she has loved exploring areas of the U.S. specifically Texas, Oklahoma, The Southwest and California. She has proudly called the triangle area home since 2000 as a resident of the Cary and Apex area.

Her previous career as a bilingual dietitian, allowed her to serve patients of all ages and backgrounds as well as serve in management roles all of which have prepared her for her career in real estate. It’s clear that she’s very passionate and skilled in helping her clients sell their homes for top dollar as evidenced by the number of referrals she receives after a job well done.  She also has personal experience in real estate investing, multifamily homes and new construction. Her past client 5-star reviews are a testament to Elizabeth’s dedication to providing excellent service resulting in positive results for both sellers and buyers; many of who have done repeat business w/her; as well as referring her to others. Her commitment to on-going learning both in business and personal growth helps keep her at the top of her game.

When Elizabeth is not busy serving her real estate clients; she loves spending time with her husband Peter; daughter Gretchen; and their two rescue dogs; Domino and Stella; as well as having fun w/friends. She’s very lucky to have most of her extended family nearby around the Triangle area; which allows them to get together for holidays and celebrate each other’s birthdays. Elizabeth volunteers weekly @ the Carying Place in Cary; where she’s part of a team that works to equip homeless employed clients with life skills; particularly with managing money smartly so they can regain permanent housing. Elizabeth’s dynamic background has equipped her to organically transition to become a very competent real estate consultant since 2015 where she thrives working with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
