Michael D Williams is a 13 year veteran of Real Estate in California, and a recent transplant to North Carolina. After serving in the US Army, Michael held many service orientated positions in various industries including transportation and shipping, printing and graphics, and pet food services.
Finding Real Estate early in 2007, Michael quickly found a niche as the office Short Sale Specialist, and later specialized in helping Veterans use their VA benefit, while also handling the majority of his own Transaction Coordination.
From the very beginning of his career, Michael has held a close association with the local Association of Realtors, serving with on the Young Professionals and the Equal Opportunity Councils, as a Graduate of the Leadership Development Academy, and as Vice-Chair for the Marketing/Communications Committee.
By 2013, Michael was working 100% by referral, was the Board Vice President and then President for the Local LGBTQ Veterans Organization and a Volunteer with the regions Veterans and Family Advisory Council.
For over 10 years, Michael sang and volunteered with the Sacramento Gay Men’s Chorus, and worked with multiple non-profit organizations around the greater Sacramento Region.
